समावेशी अपाङ्गता सचेतना तथा सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत मिति २०८२/१०/१९ गते सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालय,

Under the Inclusive Disability Awareness and Empowerment Program dated 2082/10/19 with the support of Ministry of Social Development, Bagmati Province Social Development Office Gajuri, an orientation program related to mental health and psychosocial disabilities was successfully completed in Dhuniweshi Municipality, Dhading.

City Deputy Chief Suraj Upreti, people's representatives, chief administrative officer, employees and disabled people were present in the program.

In the program, the participants were informed about the basic concepts of mental health and psychosocial disabilities. In addition, a detailed discussion and information was provided on the legal rights related to psychosocial disabilities, service facilities, and including the perspective of psychosocial disabilities in the inclusive policy.

We believe that such programs will contribute significantly to increasing awareness and ensuring rights.

समावेशी अपाङ्गता सचेतना तथा सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत मिति २०८२/१०/१९ गते सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालय, बागमती प्रदेश सामाजिक विकास कार्यालय गजुरीको सहयोगमा धुनिवेशी नगरपालिका, धादिङमा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य तथा मनोसामाजिक अपाङ्गता सम्बन्धी अभिमुखीकरण कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गरियो।

कार्यक्रममा नगर उपप्रमुख सुरज उप्रेती, जनप्रतिनिधिहरू, प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृत, कर्मचारीहरू तथा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको उल्लेखनीय उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।

कार्यक्रममा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य तथा मनोसामाजिक अपाङ्गताका आधारभूत अवधारणाबारे सहभागीहरूलाई जानकारी गराइयो। साथै मनोसामाजिक अपाङ्गता सम्बन्धी कानुनी अधिकार, सेवा सुविधा, तथा समावेशी नीतिमा मनोसामाजिक अपाङ्गताको दृष्टिकोण समेट्ने विषयमा समेत विस्तृत छलफल र जानकारी प्रदान गरिएको थियो।

यस्ता कार्यक्रमहरूले सचेतना वृद्धि र अधिकार सुनिश्चिततामा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउने विश्वास लिएका छौं।
