Successful completion of empowerment and capacity building training for persons with disabilities
We are very happy to inform you that the 5-day training on empowerment and capacity development of disabled persons conducted under the initiative of Dhading Rehabilitation Society, with the support of Social Development Office Gajuri under the Ministry of Social Development, Bagmati Province and in coordination with District Coordination Committee Dhading has been successfully completed in Dhadingbesi from 2082/11/25 to 2082/11/30.
Representatives of Dhunibesi Municipality, Thackre Rural Municipality, Galchi Rural Municipality, Gajuri Rural Municipality, Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality, Siddhalek Rural Municipality and Neelkanth Municipality participated in the training. Local level administrative officers, women and social development wing heads, disability coordination committee officials and OPD representatives were actively present in the program.
In the training, the concept of disability, rights-based approach, policies and laws, service-facilities, inclusive planning and budgeting, construction of accessible structures and other important subjects were facilitated. It is believed that this training has significantly enhanced the knowledge, skills and implementation capacity of the participants.

अपाङ्गता पुनर्स्थापना समाज धादिङको आयोजनामा, सामाजिक विकास मन्त्रालय बागमती प्रदेश अन्तर्गत सामाजिक विकास कार्यालय गजुरीको सहयोग तथा जिल्ला समन्वय समिति धादिङको समन्वयमा सञ्चालन गरिएको अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको सशक्तिकरण तथा क्षमता विकास सम्बन्धी ५ दिने तालिम पहिलो चरण अन्तर्गत मिति २०८२/११/२५ गतेदेखि २०८२/११/३० गतेसम्म धादिङबेसीमा सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको जानकारी गराउन पाउँदा हामी अत्यन्त हर्षित छौं।
उक्त तालिममा धुनिबेसी नगरपालिका, थाक्रे गाउँपालिका, गल्छी गाउँपालिका, गजुरी गाउँपालिका, बेनिघाट रोराङ गाउँपालिका, सिद्धलेक गाउँपालिका तथा नीलकण्ठ नगरपालिकाका प्रतिनिधिहरूको उल्लेखनीय सहभागिता रहेको थियो। कार्यक्रममा स्थानीय तहका प्रशासकीय अधिकृत, महिला तथा सामाजिक विकास शाखाका प्रमुखहरू, अपाङ्गता समन्वय समितिका पदाधिकारीहरू तथा OPD प्रतिनिधिहरूको सक्रिय उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।
तालिममा अपाङ्गताको अवधारणा, अधिकारमा आधारित दृष्टिकोण, नीति तथा कानुन, सेवा–सुविधा, समावेशी योजना तथा बजेट, पहुँचयुक्त संरचना निर्माण लगायतका महत्वपूर्ण विषयहरूमा सहजीकरण गरिएको थियो। यस तालिमले सहभागीहरूको ज्ञान, सीप र कार्यान्वयन क्षमतामा उल्लेखनीय अभिवृद्धि गरेको विश्वास लिइएको छ।
यस कार्यक्रमलाई सफल बनाउन सहयोग गर्नुहुने सबै निकायहरू, सहजकर्ता अधिबक्ता राजु बस्नेत तथा सहभागी महानुभावहरूमा हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
