**Demand-Based Business Skills Training and Initial Capital Support Program Successfully Completed under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program**

**Demand-Based Business Skills Training and Initial Capital Support Program Successfully Completed under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program**

Under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program, with financial support from **Dhunibesi Municipality, Dhading**, the **Disability Rehabilitation Society, Dhading** successfully conducted a three-day **Demand-Based Business Skills Training** to enhance the income-generating capacity and promote the self-reliance of persons with disabilities.

The training was held on **Jestha 29, 30, and 31, 2083 B.S.**, with the participation of **17 persons with disabilities** from Dhunibesi Municipality. Upon completion of the training, participants received **initial capital support of NPR 9,000 each** through cheques issued by the organization to help them start their selected income-generating businesses.

The participants selected the following business activities:

* **Goat Farming:** 8 participants
* **Grocery Shop Operation:** 5 participants
* **Pig Farming:** 1 participant
* **Mushroom Cultivation:** 1 participant
* **Tunnel Vegetable Farming:** 2 participants

In total, **17 persons with disabilities** received initial capital assistance to establish their chosen businesses.

This initiative is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the skills, confidence, and economic empowerment of persons with disabilities. The organization remains committed to continuing such programs in collaboration with local governments and communities to ensure dignified, self-reliant, and sustainable livelihoods for persons with disabilities.

समुदायमा आधारित पुनर्स्थापन (CBR) कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत धुनिबेसी नगरपालिका, धादिङको आर्थिक सहयोगमा अपाङ्गता पुनर्स्थापना समाज धादिङद्वारा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको आयआर्जन वृद्धि तथा आत्मनिर्भरता प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने उद्देश्यले मागमा आधारित व्यवसाय सञ्चालन सम्बन्धी तीनदिने तालिम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गरिएको छ।
मिति २०८३ साल जेठ २९, ३० र ३१ गते सञ्चालन गरिएको उक्त तालिममा धुनिबेसी नगरपालिकाका १७ जना अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरू सहभागी भएका थिए। तालिमपछि सहभागीहरूले छनोट गरेका व्यवसाय सञ्चालनका लागि संस्था ले जारि गरेको चेकद्वारा प्रति व्यक्ति रु. ९,००० का दरले प्रारम्भिक पूँजी हस्तान्तरण गरिएको हो।
सहभागीहरूले छनोट गरेका व्यवसायहरू निम्नानुसार रहेका छन्
बाख्रापालन ८ जना

किराना पसल सञ्चालन ५ जना

बङ्गुरपालन १ जना

च्याउ खेती १ जना

टनेल तरकारी खेती २ जना
यसरी विभिन्न व्यवसाय सञ्चालनका लागि जम्मा १७ जना अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई आवश्यक प्रारम्भिक पूँजी हस्तान्तरण गरिएको छ।
यस कार्यक्रमले अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको सीप, आत्मविश्वास र आर्थिक सशक्तीकरणमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउने विश्वास लिइएको छ। साथै, स्थानीय तह र समुदायको सहकार्यबाट अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको सम्मानजनक, आत्मनिर्भर र दिगो जीविकोपार्जन सुनिश्चित गर्न यस्ता कार्यक्रमहरू निरन्तर सञ्चालन गरिने संस्थाले जनाएको छ।
